Shinnyo-en needed help extending its international touring exhibit to three major US cities. Ethos collaborated with S2 Corporation’s Hiroko Sakomura, and Japan-based architect Shoji Oshio to create a museum-grade exhibition showcasing the work of renowned Buddhist artist Shinjo Ito. Ethos’ design solution was to produce a modular interior system that created a consistent experience across dissimilar venues ranging in size from 5,000-9,000 square feet. The project tapped into each of Ethos’ core disciplines – from design, engineering, and fabrication of the structural systems to every aspect of the program’s production.
